Accessibility

The site conforms to the WCAG 2.2 at Level AA.

In addition, I've included some accessibility features that I myself find helpful: Plain language summaries are provided for all articles. Printing is supported: select 'Print Backgrounds' in your print settings for optimized presentation.

In compliance with the Accessibility for Manitobans Act, I will provide information through communication supports or accessible formats, upon request. An "accessible format" includes large print, recorded audio and electronic formats, braille and other formats. A "communication support" includes captioning, alternative and augmentative communication supports, plain language, sign language and other supports that facilitate effective communication.

If you have feedback about accessibility on crohatensky.ca, please do not hestitate to contact me at rohatensky.chelsea@gmail.com.

Technical Details

I built the site with plain ol' HTML/CSS in Eleventy using LiquidJS as my templating language. It is deployed via Netlify to a domain purchased by Porkbun.

Curvy CSS pattern was created by Temani Afif. Most media are public domain assets provided by WikiMedia.
